Update: We spoke with MPA Murad Rass of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) and he raised the case of Imran Masih and the plight of Christians in Chak 44 Mandi Bahaudin as a Point of Order in the Punjab Assembly today.

Rana Sanaullah responded to the Point of Order and confirmed he is aware of the threats the local community were receiving. He promised swift action on behalf of the government on the floor of the House.

The Punjab Assembly has now officially been notified about the on-going situation.
